Nicolás Azócar

Nicolás is an international consultant and lawyer with over twelve years of experience in global cooperation, climate finance, and public-private partnerships.
He holds master’s degrees in Public Policy (Tsinghua University, China) and Sustainability (University of Geneva, Switzerland), and has pursued additional academic training in Italy, India, Puerto Rico, and Russia.
He works fluently in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and Italian – can hold a coffee (or ouzo) conversation in Greek, and probably order a Sichuan huǔguō or Beijing kǎoyā in Mandarin.
Nicolás has led projects with multilateral organizations, foundations, and governments — including the Inter-American Development Bank, European Commission, Atlantic Council, CAF, and various national and local institutions across Latin America and Europe.
