Paula is an industrial engineer with over twelve years of experience working at the intersection of sustainability, climate action, and project management across the public, private, and civil society sectors. She holds a Diploma in Environmental Engineering and a Master’s degree in Environment and Sustainable Development from University College London (UCL).
Her professional experience includes designing and implementing climate adaptation and mitigation strategies in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders — including entrepreneurs, MSMEs, multinational companies, government institutions, academia, nonprofit organizations, and vulnerable communities. Paula has worked with organizations such as Nestlé, WWF, and TECHO, contributing to sustainability initiatives that bridge corporate strategy, community-based action, and environmental impact.
Her work is characterized by a strong systems perspective, practical implementation skills, and a commitment to advancing inclusive and resilient development models.
