Shriya specializes in environmental and climate change governance, with a strong focus on strengthening the science–policy interface to support effective mitigation and adaptation strategies. She has worked with international organizations — including the World Bank — as well as NGOs and private-sector actors on green investment policies, sustainability reporting, circular economy initiatives, and climate education programs.

She holds a master’s degree in Transnational Governance with a specialization in Environment and Climate, and a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering. Shriya is currently pursuing a PhD at University College London (UCL), where her research explores how life-cycle evidence can inform built environment policies to reduce carbon emissions.
